Not sure where to start but I've tried it all and even seen some okay results with other products. But nothing like this before.... TBH, we don't love the flavor (blue raspberry) but it's a small price for the results: I sleep more soundly through the night with less tossing & turning. If I wake up to pee, I can fall asleep more easily. I do feel more rested in the morning. I have already told several friends about this product so that means I really like and appreciate it. Also, I priced out what I had been spending to take these supplements I pill form for two people and this product is more cost effective. Please make more flavors like Redmond's Re-Lyte Pina Colada!!

I really wanted to love this! But for me the glycine gives me strange dreams, some that are disturbing…on a regular basis. I also would prefer no stevia. Other than that, solid product!
