Not sure where to start but I've tried it all and even seen some okay results with other products. But nothing like this before.... Went to sleep easily, stayed asleep , and woke up feeling ready to just jump out of bed. Typically sluggish, this product left no sluggishness. The ingredients align with no dependency and are good for you. Lifetime customer for here.
My husband and I (mid-40s) had taken melatonin on/off for years. Wanted to quit taking it and find more natural ways to enhance our quality of sleep. We already been taking L-theanine in pill form and feeling the benefits. Learned we should also supplement magnesium. Was hard to find a brand/form of Mag we liked. This product took the guess work out of finding the right quality & dosage. TBH, we don't love the flavor (blue raspberry) but it's a small price for the results: I sleep more soundly through the night with less tossing & turning. If I wake up to pee, I can fall asleep more easily. I do feel more rested in the morning. I have already told several friends about this product so that means I really like and appreciate it. Also, I priced out what I had been spending to take these supplements I pill form for two people and this product is more cost effective. Please make more flavors like Redmond's Re-Lyte Pina Colada!!

Been using Pre-Sleep for awhile now, and absolutely love it. Have never felt like I have to have it in order to sleep well, but I always notice a difference when I wake up in the morning after taking it. Highly recommend it even if your sleep is good and can’t imagine someone not at least try g it if their sleep is bad.
