This is an excellent product if you want convenience. You can buy the key ingredients separately, but this also tastes great. I read some of the other reviews and many seem to think these type of supplements keep you asleep. This is really not a “sleep” supplement, but it does relax you and put you in a better state to sleep. Sleep is an involuntary act and there is no pill or powder that will help you fall asleep and stay asleep naturally. In fact, the more you try to do things to sleep, the harder it will be to sleep. This product should be used in combination with other therapies and sleep protocols such as CBT-i. Also, magnesium is very good for your heart and muscles. All around a great product but don’t expect miracles.

Definitely works!

Sadly, haven't been having improved sleep with this supplement, but can see how it might work for others. It helps me fall asleep faster, but I don't really stay asleep at night, and I have very dedicated sleep hygiene. I will say it tastes great, so major props on that.

Its ok

This stuff definately helps me sleep. Drinking it with “No Sugar” Sprite surprisingly helps me not have to get uo to use the bathroom as well. Finally, something works!
